updated sites/prints?, by jB on Jun 18, 2007 0:17:11 GMT 1, How often do site's update and offer new prints? Also, is it luck of the draw, or is there some tricks of the trade that I should be aware of to get in on the action, other than checking in ten times a day. I'd desperately like a banksy, dolk, etc. to own and enjoy, as I am sure you all do too. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks again you all. -J.Braun

Just musing about the millions of people "in line" for the next Banksy release. New ones here everyday it seems. But everyone needs to start somewhere, myself included.
And you're not looking to turn a profit? Really? ...Well neither am I to be honest, I just want it for my wall. And I bet hundreds wil say that here too.
But let's see what happens when you or I or the countless others here run into serious credit card debt or need to buy a car or have a million other more important things they need money for. Or justify reselling it at 10 tmes face value because they want to buy a different Banksy print or more art they want more. Lets see you or I or anyone sell a Banksy at face value.
Never happen.
Winning a Banksy print is like having "the precious" in the Lord of the Rings. So awe inspiring yet so insidious. Seems to bring out everyones lust for money. Few are immune.

I would assume that your aware of the POW website that releases Banksy prints? They do have a mailing list that supposedly warn you about new releases, but it is completely unreliable. As is there site. ...which is why I said it's down to basically luck of the draw.
