Quick question about repeated damaged prints., by atkuefler on Jun 12, 2007 23:43:54 GMT 1, I recently purchased the new Adam Neate print and when the first one arrived it was damaged. I then talked to Elms and they were great about replacing it so I sent it back and they replaced it. Today the second one came and yet again it was damaged, more than the first. The sad thing is they went above and beyond putting extra wrapping on it to stop this from happening.
My question is do galleries ever stop sending you replacements? I understand that it is not my fault, but I feel as though I am inconveniencing them. Also I don't want this to damage my relationship with them? I absolutely love this print, but as anyone who pay this kind of money for a print I want it in mint condition. What are your guys thoughts? Have any of you dealt with this type of situation before?

Quick question about repeated damaged prints., by manchestermike on Jun 13, 2007 8:54:42 GMT 1, Yes, I'm on my 3rd red Monster from POW. Dora is very good about it every time (this replacement is taking a while though!) and has no problem changing it. I had a chat with her the other day about another matter which was like normal, so it's not damaging any relationship as far as I can see. From what I've heard the guys at Elms are top people, as is Adam, so I'm pretty certain they won't hold it against you. If the shoe was on the other foot you could be sure they'd want a mint print too.
