I am new to the forum, but the reason I am here is that I have a genuine Banksy item for sale, that is very rare:
This ‘Wrong War’ hooded top was a very limited edition collaboration between urban high-fashion designers, Griffin and infamous spray can artist, Banksy. It was released at the end of 2002 to protest against the Iraq war.
It was originally purchased in Dupe in Zozotown, Japan. I believe only 50 were produced and I have never been able to track down any others on the net or elsewhere. It is brand new, dark blue and has never been worn. The front has ‘Wrong War’ printed on it, whilst the back has the well known ‘Grim Reaper’ image. Its stated size is large.
This is Banksy’s only official foray into clothing to my knowledge, besides a similar limited ‘Wrong War’ T-Shirt, which was released at the same time. I have contacted Griffin Headquarters to triple-check its authenticity, which they have confirmed.
If anyone is interested and we can agree on a price, I could possibly post the item on eBay as a Buy It Now, so that we are both covered. A full refund will be given if the item is not 100% authentic. Please feel free to ask any questions. Pictures available via email upon request for serious interested parties.
