U/S prices to rise?, by a4mnt on Jun 6, 2007 14:10:13 GMT 1, Anyone want to make an educated guess on whether they think U/S prices will keep rising (on ebay) or maybe level out now.
I am sure this is as easy as predicting the weather for next christmas, but i know some of you guys track values or may know some tidbit of info that may affect the forthcoming prices (ie forthcoming banksy auction at southeby's etc - will it really affect the multiple edition prints any more).

this is true, not much out there at the mo, just a few creased leftovers and a couple of virgin marys. good time to sell.

U/S prices to rise?, by Andy'77 on Jun 7, 2007 8:18:22 GMT 1, Unsigned Grannies are now going on ebay for more than £625, they were going for £500 - £550 a month or so ago. I think things are definitely on the rise. Good news for sellers, bad news for buyers.

U/S prices to rise?, by bond on Jun 7, 2007 8:28:15 GMT 1, HI - There was some debate about this a couple of days ago on the diff between signed and unsigned.
The prices of signed are just going through the roof jumping not 100's but 1000's of £ in just a couple of months.
This must surely have a knock on effect for unsigned as us mere mortals will have a choice of nothing if we miss out or buying up the unsigned prints.
In the long term all prices will rise. Doubtful they'll do so as much as in the last 12 months or so but i'd be suprised if any price is lower this time next yr than it is now
Anyway , if you like the print - just buy it and enjoy it !!!

U/S prices to rise?, by jam on Jun 7, 2007 8:43:00 GMT 1, I think the sharp rise over the past few months is also reactionary... there was an initial price raise and everyone who was on the sidelines lusting after a print or two started to feel a big jump may be near so they jumped in the fray and helped keep the trend rising. Bummer, there are a few things I still want and prices are getting silly. I personally couldn't care less if the prices go up after I get the last few on my wish list... I just want them on my walls!
