I think they're from the new car park by the docks in bristol- there's a small ladder near the lift and a little stage thingy by the stairs- all a bit random. The pics are too small to say for sure though.

I don't think this is some kind of art project- more like the council/developers. just round the corner near the fountain there's a statue thing of two dogs swimming in a puddle - sos haven't got any pics and it's hard to describe- so maybe there's an animal theme running in that area
