Canvas - Postage/Delivery, by lastpost on May 14, 2007 21:27:14 GMT 1, Hi there,
I am not sure if this is the right place...or if there even really is one being a Banksy forum...
...however...
I recently sold my LV canvas on the bay, I would be really grateful if anybody could give me the name of a decent shipping company...to Spain please?
Many thanks

Canvas - Postage/Delivery, by daz205 on May 23, 2007 10:50:55 GMT 1, a quick warning i recently sent a canvas to a buyer from ebay to spain, they have recieved it and are now trying to tell me that all they found in the wooden box is a bubble wrapped cardboard box, i know i packaged and sent the canvas. so at this moment i do not know if it has been stolen in transit, replace with a cardboard box, then resealed or if something else is going on. if anyone has any advise on this matter i would appreciate it

a little help- if you were a business the buyer would get the short term right t reject under reg 11, dsr 2000, after this the 4r's, repair, replace etc. I believe you would operate as a consumer ad would not breach s 13 or s14 of the soga 1979, so the onus is on the buyer to set insurance, and risk passes when the property passes to the courier. Hope this helps- also the courier is the agent agred by both parties?, this should benefit the consumer who had payed for the service etc...
