Here's a hyperthitical..., by finsburyparkranger on May 12, 2007 11:15:27 GMT 1, What would you do if you ordered a poster for £100 on the internet and it didn't come mint as advertised but creased. You email the sender and they say thats very odd and there not sure how it happened but they say they've got another and send you that one, whilst you send the old one back. However the new print also has a crease. The seller comes across as really pissed off and seems to communicate they think your creasing the prints, which you are not. You don't want a none mint poster but the seller offers you to keep both the creased posters for the £100 and pleads poverty. At the same time your pretty skint too. Is there anything anyone needs to be aware of to try to get a full refund regarding ebay or pay pall? The majority of the communication has been through email. What would you do? Especially if the seller does seem actually quite genuine.

Here's a hyperthitical..., by tomhills1 on May 12, 2007 11:20:40 GMT 1, i hope for their benefit they sent it insured royal mail special delivery? so many sellers make that optional but it is their responsability to ensure it reaches you in the condition they advertised it when they sold it to you. either way, i would send it back and ask for a refund. i would recommend the seller persues royal mail for a refund. there shouldn't be a problem?

Ensure the seller has Paypal buyer protection on the auction ( look for the PP shield)
