Just looked at the tube looks fine at first but take a good look and you can see a slight indent thats soft when pressed.

I guess all the extra prints they ran off the first time around have been sent out already to replace the many damaged prints ahead of mine.

Has to be cheaper than the reprint that is obviously happening to cover the amount of damaged and returned prints.
i've been lucky as i have had at least ten deliverys from POW and luckily no problem.
However i live less than two miles away.

The tubes are useless especially the caps, both mine now have come with sizeable dents in them. The packaging isn't the best either, they need to be totally wrapped. That said Royal Mail must be chucking them about for them to get damaged.

Don't get me wrong, I'm very happy that POW is willing to provide replacements, but when it is due to poor packing that doesn't even stand up to expected adverse shipping conditions...

I spoke to Dora yesterday and talked about picking it up from them, but there not open weekends, I work in the week! the only weekend Dora said she could meet me I can't (just my luck) I am looking in to taking a day off soon and try then but I am just to busy at the mo. May have to wait a month or so or just get them to re send it and pay for a stronger tube if they will send it in one.

Fair play arcam, but look on the bright side mate, at least you got one. I didn't get beyond putting one in my basket, followed by the error message. PoW will sort it out, eventually and you'll soon have it on your wall

trying. Had one in the basket, after many tries got through to check out (Had print number and receipt number!) Couldn't get the POW 'ecommerce solution' to let me check out though. Finally gave in when POW shut their site down (hmm... sense of dejรค vu here). Woke up the following morning only to find that the Americanos had snapped them up when they were put back on at 3.00 a.m BST (That's BST NOT GMT!! - Presumably POW are up to speed now with the difference between GMT and BST?)
Oh well, roll on the next wave of trauma come the release of 'Trolleys'... :-)
