I will start it rolling.......my collections worth about ยฃ15-20k, quite small i would imagine.....

Ahhhh like so many of these ultra cheap places, you can't own the land they stand on, well not till about 2012 in Bulgaria I think?!?!
I'll sell up for sure in June, I just can't justify having that amount of money hanging on my walls or sitting under the sofa waiting for a pipe to burst or the cat to piss on!
With the money I'll buy a cheeky house and some cheaper art from artists I really love and respect.

I realised my collection was pushing the ยฃ40-ยฃ50k+ (depending on which hypists you believe) and then realised I only had normal household insurance with a contents value of ยฃ3000 (standard old hi-fi, tv etc). I later found out that the contents value needed to be to the total value of the collection AND all pieces of ยฃ2,500 had to be individually listed. If you think that all you need is a signed Banksy/Neate you could already be in that category without realising the implications.
