Another property comes up for sale but instead of a nice slab of graffiti on a wall this one comes with a collection... a few canvases in there. I have heard through the grapevine that a figure of 200k would be accepted for the collection. A marketing dream ;D

Maybe they have loaned out all that artwork to the seller to add a bit of spice to the place, it would look pretty dull without it.
The artwork looks a bit strange the way they are hung on the walls  very spaced out  and the Banksy Kate Moss looks lost on the massive wall
