Looks like it's on the West Pier in Brighton. Who's going to pop down to the beach and take a high res picture for CBL? The sun is shining - you know you want to.

Maybe, though the appeal of this particular stencil is obviously its positioning - particularly as it's sprayed on the West Pier, which is soon to be no more. You could draw all manner of religious comparisons. Though that's not to say that I think the graffer necessarily had any of those in mind when spraying the piece.
