Ahah!! Very nice find, as there's one of the propeller rats on the left similar to the one that used to be outside Clifton Wine Bar, which I've never seen a photo of since it was painted over. The one in Clifton had the rat flying about 2m above the other two though 
How old is the album?

The 'flag rats' in the bottom right I hadn't seen before.

The new album (his 2nd) is released on Brighton based Frequent Soundz label, sister label to Hertz Recordings.

Banksy Music Art, by pastiepie on Apr 7, 2007 1:41:48 GMT 1, I know he did the cover to the special edition of 100 vinyl release of Royksopp - Melody A.M. but only because some joker on ebay wanted 500quid for it. I think it was released by wall of sound, the same label he did work for in Jamaica when that photo of him looking seriously goofy was leaked on the net by some asshole photographer.
