Anyone got any opinions on the dodgey canvas prints being sold half way up Neal Street or that moody shop on the corner of Spitafields.

Its liking taking a photo of the mona lisa and having the photo put on a canvas.
Just people making money from some one elses talent IMO.

Exactly. And he also provides you some high-res photos to do your own versions but... not to sell. You can find them under his shop section: www.banksy.co.uk/shop/index.html Best to DIY and save your cash. You could always print some of the images out using Photobox or free print credits from other sources.
