are you drawing the image free-hand, or are you printing the image out and pasting it onto cardboard...then cutting it out??
i have the basic idea of how to do it, but im curious to how all of you make them.
i dont have adobe illustrator but i do have photoshop CS...

Hi, go check stencilrevolution.com , you'll find a few pointers and online tutorials there.
