I used to have a boss who was in Who's Who. You have to be 'invited' for inclusion, but if you accept that invitation you have to write your own entry and pay to have it included! Tis nothing but a vanity publication, and I was wondering if Debrett's ran the same sort of system?

If so, just the inclusion of someone tells you more about them than their actual entry
