I wouldn't imagine you'd see them come up very often, or ever again for a long while.
Realistically what are these worth? If signed average around 2k you're looking at 12k + maybe an extra 1-5k. It's really like paying extra for A/P's, if its the same image you shouldn't have to pay any more.
