In blue spray paint couldn't tell exactly what it was. It said "the beaches are getting dirtier" and was tagged with a Banksy stencil. I am almost 100% sure it is not Banksy but I will get some photo's tomorrow.

Only been to Brighton a couple of times, but I was really impressed  Well worth a day out in the summer.

 its only an hour from London, your not visiting LA ;D

I never need an excuse to go to Brighton, I lived there for 5 years and have to say that it is one of the best places in the uk to live and work
