BANKSY STENCIL (ORIGINAL), by mido on Oct 13, 2006 18:11:36 GMT 1, dare I say it but it looks wrong, wrong, wrong to me, compared to the one I've seen on the street, and the photo i've seen of where it was used elsewhere.
there is a distinct lack of detail on that stencil they are selling (e.g. the whiskers), the tail isn't in the same position as the street ones I've seen, and generally it just isn't good or sharp enough.
and what's the banksy tag supposed to be? a sort of signature on the stencil? if so, why do that? and it looks awaful anyway.
for most graf artists it's the exact opposite I thought. DON'T add your tag to the stencil just in case you are caught.... & keep a separate tag stencil somewhere safe / hidden, in case you have to run....
