It's a billboard (large pastup) and has two rats (can't remember which ones he said... gansta maybe!) in the bottom right. Also here's a large chimp as well... damn my memory's buggered! He's picture messaged me with shot, but I don't have bluetooth on my work comp! Still waiting for it to arrive tho...

Its not stenciled or sprayed, its like a billboard ad that he has stuck over the existing one.
