Inspiration is amazing, imitation is boring .....

Great point I mean ok the stensil is cool but add the heart and your being a want to be. I cannot take away from an artists vision but like you said when it becomes too narrow time to take off the blinders.
Dolk prob would of tagged it so maybe not...

i think the street name is Seel street, or Fleet street, very close to the Huge Liverpool rat,

The boy dressed as a cowboy is a new stencil of a old one that was credited to Banksy. Where are they I'm going into town today so will have a look.

The Kid in the Cowboy suit is an old one. The first time I saw it was by the little Grapes (Pub), around the same time as Banksy was doing Liverpool but I very muich doubt it's him.
