I am wondering if anyone knows if Faile's Flag comes with a COA. I beleive they did but understand a lot of people do not have them because of how they were shipped. Can anyone help with this?
I am looking into this for a friend that would like to sell his but he does not have the COA.

He told me that a lot of people didn't realize that it was there and threw it away unknowningly. I don't know how true but I have no reason to not beleive him as he is the one that got me into collecting prints.
