I'm just about to start painting the background and adding more detail. In the process of this "work", I broke the library photocopier, physically broke a piece off the Post Office photocopier (although that wasn't entirely my fault), got questioned by my grandmother on why I was collecting cut out pictures of udders, and I think I've gained a "reputation" at my local library. Oh and caused a power cut at the Post Office.

PS. Grandmothers know everything, you cant hide an udder from a good Gran.

here is one of my more recent efforts.. clockwork orange (EDITION 0F 25) - the image comprises of clockwork watch movements dating back as far as the 1950's which i think do a good job at portraying the sinister nature of the film..

am currently working on some pieces that combine panoramic photography and stencil art.. again an example of one of my prints named asylum is available on my blog

I've currently got an obsession with buying old children's annuals and ripping the pages out and printing letterpress over them and I've just spent the morning adding a bunch more prints to my online store.

Yes, some told me about Soutine also ( I have better painting - and photos also - but I can't make a thread only for me !!)...
I like colours, the matter, the support also ( i painted a lot on wood )

Please see my original post over 2 years ago where I clearly state that it is "My 1st attempt at painting ever" and "I was inspired by a painting that I saw at Scope 2012". I also clearly state just a few weeks ago
that "I am not an artist". I have not financially profited from this painting and I have no intention of ever selling one. I was contacted by a few forum members that wanted to purchase one and I never completed a deal to sell any. I made 2 versions of the TV censor painting - one is on my wall and 1 is in my attic collecting dust. This was not an original idea nor did I want to take credit for it being my idea & that is why my 1st post about this painting says "I was inspired by a painting I saw at Scope 2012" Sorry guys if you felt mislead but that was not my intent - if it was I would claim to be an artist and never mention being inspired at Scope 2012.
