Cheers mate. Candle is going to my mum. Hopefully it will help her in some small way.
And I'm really chuffed with the new one - thinking of doing another colour version but I can't decide what.

Show us Your own Artwork π¨, by Dr Plip on Nov 4, 2014 1:17:15 GMT 1, Right. I know that some of you missed out on Mr. Bingo's latest round of Hate Mail. Well, to prove that I love this forum nearly as much as I love stealing ideas from other artists, I'm opening up my "Passive-Aggressive Mail".
If you want some passive-aggressive (possibly hostile) artwork on a postcard, then drop me a pm with your name and address. Rules, there are always rules:
1) I am a bad artist, so DO NOT expect good drawings. 2) If too many of you request these, then you can all f**k off. 3) DO NOT take offence from anything on the cards. Nothing is personal and all is meant in the spirit of fun. 4) You DO NOT talk about Passive-Aggressive Mail Club! 5) I am doing this out of the goodness of my own heart, but if you want to make a charitable donation, then some money to something involving dogs would be great. NOT a local take-away or racetrack. 6) You get a random card with a random drawing drawn with a random pen. Possibly crayons as well. 7) These get sent out at my leisure. If it takes years to get to you, well you'll have something to look forward to. 8) There will be more rules. 9) The rules can be changed at any moment. 10) I STEAL stock images from the net and ladies magazines. You don't like it, jog on. 11) It's "I couldn't care less" not "I could care less". 12) The cards will have your names and addresses on them. Don't like that? Change your name or something. 13) No moaning. I hate moaning. 14) I reserve the right to refuse a card to anyone that I consider to be a massive dick. 15) Some cards will undoubtedly be better than others. No crying if you think you got a s**t one. I didn't do it on purpose. 16) The "Passive-Aggressive Mail" facility can close at any time, without warning. Consider yourself warned.
Below are some examples of the quality of my work...

Show us Your own Artwork π¨, by Aza on Nov 4, 2014 9:54:14 GMT 1, Has anyone made their own version of Borf's Modern Life? I'm thinking of doing one so the whole family can get involved. The kids can spray up their mottos or whatever on it. Would be a great family piece, and of course you can choose the colours to suit.
Will be doing one myself, just wondered if anyone else had the same idea?

I got the inspiration to do that from the progress pics of a Borf canvas in the making that were posted in the new arrival thread (latest art buy thread) the other day (see link below). I already bought the 80x100cm canvas!

Show us Your own Artwork π¨, by Lroy on Nov 11, 2014 19:27:49 GMT 1, On this 11/11/14 some old pics took at random and... some talk ....
No, I never said that Women were devils. Just to show you ( after breaking the glass ) the ancestor of photoshop, lol
Sculpture details( coming from my weird drawings ) . Women are our fair, be fair.
OLd Drawing, china ink, Women, the tree of wife.
MY first oil painting ( I began with acrylic ) in the eighties. Napoleon Soldier after Russian retreat.
Guadalcanal Japanese looking for poppies in wheatfields
Portrait of My ex a bit surex ( i did not talk about sex )... I used to compare her to " The Girl with a Pearl Earring " , sorry, with "Redrum " said Banksy with his Eardrum...
Oil on phone cards ( some examples ) : This kind of street-art is a bit over, coz they removed the Cabins. Easy support it was. One belongs to Johnman Spraycan and another one to ... Anna or Ann ? .. I don't remember. Well, a few will enter soon in competition ( the ones left ) ...
Thank you Ladies and Gentlemen, It will bve over for 2D.

I think it will be many more layers on this until I reach the point of considering it good enough.
