Show us Your own Artwork π¨, by Dr Plip on Nov 18, 2014 17:19:06 GMT 1, After this, I'm never working with the dog on an art project ever again.
We're knocking a few ideas around. A few balls in the air.
It's all done using stolen stock images and photoshop. I'm prepared to draw f**k all. Where possible, we've ignored copyright-free images.
We're both quite fond of this one. We're just trying to work out how to incorporate the butterfly into the image. Possible a butterfly with a gun and a skull.
Ignore the s**t in the bottom left corner. That's the dog's contribution.
Edit: P.S. The shark looks like he's biting his nails but in the finished stencil, he'll be giving the world the middle finger.

i'm putting on an exhibition of my own paintings from the last 10 months or so with a mate who will be exhibiting his photos on the 12th and 13th of december. it's going to be in an industrial estate unit in south london about 15mins walk from brixton tube 6 till late on the friday and all day on the saturday if anyone is around. alternatively, i'll be sending out a pdf of my available (very affordable!) works before the show if anyone is interested. anyway, here's the invite:

Show us Your own Artwork π¨, by Dr Plip on Nov 25, 2014 12:00:31 GMT 1, Coming soon to my online store.
In these harsh economic times, I find that framing costs are a major turn-off. So we've come together at Plip Prints and we think we've come up with something rather special, just in time for that festive giving season.
"CHEAP TO FRAME"
Measures a cost-effective 5 x 7 inches.
Lots of hand-finishing.
"Printed" on non-acid free card.
Available in "Money Green", "Power To The People Purple" and "Revolution Red".
Each piece is signed and numbered on the reverse.
Pricing is tiered for the standard edition. It starts at Β£10. Then there's a layer of chocolate sponge. Then fruitcake. Then the final tier is some sort of frangipane thing.

Expected delivery time for these is a bit longer than the standard edition, as we have to use them as coasters for a bit.

It is a 7-8 layers (so many I haven't count them); size is 40x40cm.
Since a video is worth a thousand words, have some funky s**t here (the music is not from Fela if you wonder)

These are super, very innovative and I'm lovin the Faile stylie hand finishing(a nice footprint would be lush), love the signature too.....tricky for thieving forgers to copy! How about a 4ftx3ft one "expensive to frame" for the high rollers Maybe a star shaped one "f**king nightmare to frame" for awkward SOB's

We were considering a massive "Expensive To Frame". We couldn't find sheets of card in the size that we would need though.
So we went with this instead:
"Cheap To Frame" Deluxe Discerning Collector Edition. (Finished with gold leaf.)
I like your "nightmare to frame" idea. We might test the waters with a wonky-cut one first.
