It has all of the details that you need: where from/who to/item description. You could also sign back onto your Ousiders/Laz account and print off the order confirmation from there as well.
I used to get hung up about coa's (not saying you are  ) until I realised that a coa is only a piece of paper with 'coa' across the top ... there are other ways to show provenance, ie the above.
Enjoy it on your wall, I know I will of mine.

just got word from home that mine arrived in the US - can't wait to see it in the flesh this weekend...

Haha! Just noticed I posted this. I stay true to my word!
I just bought one from ebay. Very pleased with it. Off to the framers by the end of the week. Photos to follow. Thinking a thick, dark frame with a black mount.
