If its a friendly type of transaction, I'd say go for 4000 GBP. This thing would sell on EBay or other sites for 6000 GBP+ easily. This is a once in a lifetime sort of thing and many large institutions like MoMA would pay whatever it takes to have one in their collection/archives.

I would personally struggle to place this any higher, especially in light of other, more iconic signed Banksy's that are available slightly above this price.

i don't think the frame is the major problem. It is doing its job and highlighting the print. The Problem is the print itself is a god awful colour! Go for a red or purple. A bright colour the way Keith would have wanted it.
