where to eat in uk cities???, by wizzy on Jun 12, 2011 10:08:32 GMT 1, A49 truckers stop between Craven Arms & Church Stretton, called Little Britain, its a converted 1950s caravan, old codger cooks everything from fresh with local stuff, everything in there like TV / radio / newspapers and even real plates and cutlery inc napkins, do it. Fair enough its not an actual city but its on the way from one to another.

where to eat in uk cities???, by maumau93 on Jun 12, 2011 11:35:34 GMT 1, if you like Indian food and are not afraid of a bit of spice i would urge anyone to go eat at lillys it is the single best Indian restaurant/takeaway i have ever been to and as you will see in the reviews its dirt cheep too. plus they have an amazing shop next door where you can pick up some amazing food i would suggest patra (fried or makes a nice soup) although i would suggest if anyone's going, to call up first as they can often be doing catering events or have strange opening times. i often travel about an hour and a half to go eat at this restaurant it is that good!!! www.tripadvisor.co.uk/Restaurant_Review-g644360-d1656256-Reviews-Lily_s_Vegetarian_Indian_Restaurant-Ashton_under_Lyne_Greater_Manchester_England.html oh and its in or greater manchester would involve a drive out there but well worth it.

where to eat in uk cities???, by Deleted on Jun 17, 2011 0:45:58 GMT 1, How have I missed this thread ?. In Bristol- Cafes Soup and Sandwich Georgina's in Fishponds Not really sure it qualify's as a cafe, but Pieminister on Stokes Croft is always good when looking at the art. Theres some good Somali resturant in St Pauls at the Junction, just can't remember what its called. used to be The Ibiza pub. The Taj Mahal on Gloucester Road is the best Indian by far i've been too in Bristol.
