As always with bun fights you have to be quick, especially when theres only 1.
Obviously some were pre sold, although i'm sure if kate had wanted to she could have sold all of them a number of times over to people who asked before the drop, so i think any going live was a bonus.

"Due to the owners of SOS being slackers and tight bastards we have a very old ghetto style website with no real checkout cart, hence most decks over selling by 20-30 pieces, I've had to sell it to the first buyer to keep things fair.
I'm very sorry about this, we've got the most backward site on the internet, I'm sure in about 10 years it'll be thought of as quirky, but to be honest right now its crap at handling releases of limited editions!
We will be having more Skate decks from Mau Mau but not for another 6 months, he's in the UK working on a small solo show at the moment, and won't be with us till at least October."
A couple of interesting things in there, one that Mau Mau is getting a show together in the UK somewhere and that there will be another chance to get lucky or frustrated in six months time. ;D

They are decks with pictures of files collected by the FBI on JOHN LENNON, MALCOLM X, PICASSO & GOD KNOWS WHO THE LAST 1 IS AS I CAN'T READ THE BLOODY NAME!!!
These are a set of RARE STUSSY Skateboards, I bought these whilst in the US.....

A handful of new original decks are up on the site now, with plenty more on their way.
The next few months are looking busy with a printed edition by Beejoir coming up around mid September, and fresh new sculptures to be released in October, followed by Mau Mau in November..... with a few new artists thrown in to liven things up.
