What I mean is that I have decks dating back 20 years which have been hung by a piece of wire through the bolt holes.
Unless you are prone to throwing acidic custard at your walls they should be fine without any casing.

The DFace decks in the office at Stolenspace are just hung without a frame and look good!.

and screw it to the wall and hang your deck on it.

Mine was done locally total custom job, and sometimes it has to be done, the neates are handdrawn with permanent pen, not printed / screened, so they would be easily damaged / scuffed ( as a few already have been).
Hanging normal decks is sound, but the neates needed protection.
I have a lovely old choe deck that just sits happily on top of a rarely used radiator. and it looks peachy.

This is my new completed sk8 deck I did and I wanted to know what everyone thought. I call this one "Shelter"
Hand cut stencils and spray with a bit of acrylic.

I life across the street from an elementry school that has these really full trees that all the crows/ravens (can't tell which of the two ) hang out in all the time.

Now that the trees are stripped bare from the seasonal change the bird are forced to fly else where for shelter. Hence the name.

The tree stencil is a picture of a pair of bronchial trees I took from my wifes anatomy book and flipped upside down. They really look like trees. so I went with it. ;D
