Brisbane is the best city, personally, in OZ..best weather(300 sunny days per year), best outdoor lifestyle cos of the weather, best beaches, more sleepier than the other major centres.
Art-wise?Not too good...

Sam Stosur (tennis top 10 ranked) lives down the road from me, Robbie McEwan(cycling),John Eales(rugby union),lots of swimers(Jodie Henry, Stephanie rice, Kieran Perkins etc),Craig Moore the footballer......
