Royal Mail crushed my banksy, by achtungbono on Jun 22, 2011 14:32:54 GMT 1, so I sent it next day delivered to UK destination . fully insured. It arrived 3 days later & crushed - Banksy print inside pretty much wiped out.
Am comping the buyer via paypal now & have applied to ebay to get the deal cancelled & get my sale fees back
Anyone got any advice or experience for dealing with RM on this kind of thing ?

Only one sure way to deliver - I call round, pick up the piece (must be signed and have accompanying certs) and deliver. It's a foc service too
