Cheers fella! The mad thing about that is that he did it over 6 years ago for me and I nearly binned it when I was changing jobs as he wasn't a name particularly at the time but I liked it and so I kept it 'just incase' and only had it signed finally last year!
If i'd have known he was gonna be as big as he is today I would have kept the packed out A3 sketch pads that he left behind at my old job too! gutted as there was some amazing sketch works in them including the initial sketch idea for DSTQ and then some!!

I worked at a design company in Clerkenwell specialising in packaging and identity. I got him in as a freelance designer at the time and when he was working on projects he'd be sketching on pads, when he presented concepts they were done in a very D* way! After 6 months he turned round and said he was quitting the business for good as he wanted to do his own thing and become a serious artist...he wasn't kidding!! That's when he set up Stolenspace and the rest is history! He did a pile of sketched concepts for KP Skips crisps and they were wicked! Sorry D* if yer reading this post as I know that will make you cringe! How times have changed eh!

I am a total hoarder when it comes to art! I was given an original piece in Bridlington back in 1989 by Jon One and I still have it and hoping to getting around to framing it soon!! Ahh the old days!!

NIce addition to the thread Atom : Sketch and some history.
I luv the old Square Faced character its so Bold.
The Math mag has some great early outlines ... square faced Army in particular. Great early pieces from the man.

Hey Ben, Hope you're well! Nah I haven't got the funds at the mo as I want MFM to do the job lot for me rather than individual pieces. I have a bit of a backlog that I want doing so saving the pennies up! How about you? i'm dying to get the Keith Haring wings done, have you done yours yet? The piece on wood is up as it was already framed and ready to hang!

I was lucky enough to have been given 2 so I am gonna have them framed the same and sit them next to each other. White chunky frame with red spacers and black mount me thinks! Will share once done!

my framer made a good point that if you get a white frame, it will make the white of the wings look dirty
