XXX million on the euro, by fingerz on Jul 3, 2011 8:31:25 GMT 1, instead of 1 winner give XXX million people 1 million pound each. stipulating the 5 following rules.1) they must retire. = ten million job openings. 2) the must buy a new car = car industry fixed.3)they must buy a house or pay off mortgage= housing crisis fixed.4)must send kids to college/uni = crime rate down.5) must buy ยฃ100 worth of tobacco/alcohol = your money back on duty/tax etc..... finaly put all pensioners in jail and all criminals in nursing homes. that way the pensioners get a better quality of life and the criminals get treated like s**t .......... just saying
