I understand the Norwegian people are a peaceful lot and thought this could never happen in their society but this barbarian could also qualify for a shortened sentence for good behavior. Sometimes the legal system is all messed up !!!

This is true, he'll be inside until the day he dies, it's the tabloids trotting out the 21years limit. The courts have the power to detain him indefinitely.
