Although I'm not going to defend the seller, I want you to know that tradings on this board have been resolved that looked very bad at some point. If this is still in the matter of weeks, as you describe, I think there is a big chance anything can work out for you.

also, I like the masteroim idea - contact his Facebook friends and send them a message about what happened, and about legal action you're gonna take against him.. maybe someone will push him to get back to his senses..
still can't believe he would just scam someone like this, but whatever the reason is, there is NO excuse not to keep in touch and inform you about whatever is happening..

resolution by appealing to their morality is the best way forward
but unfortunately some folk are pretty thick skinned and obviously desperate enough to fvck someone over for a few quid

Make sure you file A claim if you don't receive a product within 30 days. And most importantly name and shame so others don't fall for same bs. Be safe out there peoples. There is always someone out there to take advantage. More of a life lesson

I know it was a good price, but it was higher then that we spoke for awhile thru gmail and I was surely expected to buy but the weekend i was suppose to send the money I seriously got a bill from the United States I.R.S. and was told to pay $9000 in back taxes.. and he said he understand and if i would bank wire him the money instead of paypal it would save him on reporting the tax end of the end or something.. either way i have all my emails saved. Regardless im sure all hope of getting the money or the print is gone but i am going to contact the sercet service of the united states on this. hopefully he gets arrested..
