Have you tried finding out contact details for his employer? If you can then inform him you will contact them about this situation unless he refunds you immediately.
For $5000 might be an idea to employ a debt recovery company on a no win no fee basis.
Surely there is some way for us to collectively help this guy.

I'm sure he's laughing it off already. I highly dout he's going to respond back to anyone anymore his toys flipping day is done.
Just be warned of any new people coming in from Belgium trying to sell anything.
I had purchased a Kaws Black accomplice from the scum last year and I would glady give it to the person that gets my money back or I can pay in cash.
