short-sighted i think, these prints have not all been fully released yet alone re-sold and sold again. think 5 years time when they are more scarce and it makes you think this guy is either desperate or naiive.

LA FULL SIGNED SET OF P/P's ON EBAY, by worlddomination on May 7, 2007 12:39:41 GMT 1, Well I don't think he's either as i spoke to him only last week, (not that I know him) and he seemed quite clued up, but hesaid his intention was definately to hang onto them so I'm a bit surprised to see them on ebay, but I'm sure he has good reasons, so i wish him well with the sale, and will be interested to see where they end up.

If someone wants them all they'll have to pay a premium. More people could afford to bid up on the one print they like whereas less could bid for all six together. If a couple of people really want a certain print that'll push the price up for the person who wants the set. I'd say he'll get about 25% more cash this way, maybe more, than listing them together.

LA FULL SIGNED SET OF P/P's ON EBAY, by worlddomination on May 11, 2007 20:01:48 GMT 1, They were a bit less than 18k but even so I thought they were dead cheap, they were a gift and although there is another thred on the forum about p/p's and a/p's theyt are limited numbers soare bound to be collectable, and there are differences between them and the Uk ones both the quality of the print slightlydifferent colours and the two blind stamps to name but three. Think the whole set will top out betwen 55 and 60k.

very good point mike. i thought initially that they would be worth more as a complete set, numbers, the fact they are LA editions etc but i couldn't be more wrong.
where as i thought they would be desirable for those individual qualities (LA exclusivity), if theis sale had come about after all 6 were released we may have less of a story on our hands. like mike says, there will be people bidding purely for one 'standout' print that they truly desire and therefore as a whole the value goes schizo.
still remains to be seen if someone is shrewd enough to gobble all six up together and sit on them for a good few years?
