The inspiration for the series of darkly reductive artworks that make up the core of the Last Good Time show was an email full of thumbnail images received from a Chinese company specializing in the reproduction of the classic canon of western artwork, produced by an entire copy village indifferently mass producing Rembrandts and Warhols .

I wasn't sure about the Liz Taylor stencil when I saw it a while ago, it's a strong image that fits today's zeitgeist for celebrity but I wasn't convinced. Strangely seeing it set within this series I'm liking them all a lot more. Carlo Ponti's Nightmare (green one) my fav (atm!).
Definitely liking Snoopy.... really up for the less is more feel.
Going to try and head along tomorrow evening... quality work PE.
