Last Banksy in Hamburg, by mace on Sept 26, 2011 20:56:13 GMT 1, Today after work I went to the last existing Banksy street piece in Hamburg as I heard that it has been put under plexiglass. It's a 'Bomb Hugger' that Banksy did in 2002 when he was in Hamburg for the art project 'Urban Discipline'.
Seeing this makes me have mixed emotions. 
On the one hand it's great that a piece of the man himself is protected and many people get to see it (it's the new tourist attraction in Hamburg).
On the other hand it somehow looks all wrong, like a wild animal behind bars. Do you know what I mean ?
