Does it make sense that somebody would have a signed and numbered Girl with Balloon that is numbered a hundred and something out of 600?
Aren't they 1-150/150 for the signed?
1-600/600 are unsigned correct?

There were quite a few with numbering imperfections when the prints were originally sold. Remember these weren't masterpieces then!
I have two prints with numbering issues, including a Gangsta Rat numbered 169/170!
However, PC like to correct these quirks before they issue a COA.
