Good Afternoon peoples, my buyer has gone AWOL on the D*Face so thought I'd put it back up. With the help of a couple of helpful forumites ....thanks  I discovered the note originated from a project D*Face collaborated with for Kanga. I found the 'bashed up' frame in an antique shop and would prefer to sell it framed for a firm ยฃ100 + any fee's and postage costs since it's all packaged up and ready to go.
Morning All ......apologies up front for knowing nothing about this D*Face note. I've had it for over 10 years I think I got it from Santa's Ghetto? It's ยฃ10 note size (14cmx7.5cm) professionally framed with standard glass in a bashed up old gold frame (28cmx23cm). I have no idea if it is part of an edition, what year it was released or anything about it really? Well vague innit ....sorry! It's made from fabric.
I would welcome any information that any of you have about it and am open to selling it to a D*face collector.

As far as I know, these were made during the time the first DFace Kangol hats were released. I myself was given one patch by DFace.
I dunno if he had them made himself or if Kangol had kids left over so DFace ended up with a stash of them? Anyone heard any stories about how many might be in circulation?

Under section 18 (1) of the Forgery and Counterfeiting Act 1981, it is a criminal offence for any person to reproduce any British currency note or any part of the British currency note on any substance whatsoever, and whether or not to the correct scale, unless the relevant authority has previously consented in writing. Further, the Bank of England does not authorise any reproductions in the form of a novelty banknote. For additional details, please visit the Bank of England website. Great way to stop all those dodgy tenners being bought for three figures! ;D Would still like one myself, but would be happy enough with a good quality copy as who knows which are real and whice are copies unless you bought it yourself
