peaceful non compliance.com, by simonf on Nov 20, 2011 4:50:33 GMT 1, I suddenly started building a website about 6pm tonight. it was an act of inspiration. I have been getting so pissed off at what I have been seeing going on... I thought it would be good to put it all up in one place so people can actually see all the nasty things in one place. and after 6 hours i finished page one and decided to stick it up.
I started with Police brutality in the US because it is something that has been really pissing me off... the UK will be next for sure
I have tried to make it look a bit like a newspaper...
I want to develop it with lots of stuff essentially supporting the Occupy movement, writings, advice and yes even art.
I stuck it up here
www.peacefulnoncompliance.com
I am hoping it could become a useful resource for some people, i want to include advice on arrest, debt, and god know what else. As long as it's peaceful, then I'm in to it.
The idea is no money is ever made, no adverts, etc... anyway if you have any input.... cos I can't just have one page lol... any advice, writings, links, films etc. I would love to make it a collective thing where people can contribute... i might add a forum if I can work out how to do it. There is no chance of anyone making even a penny me included .. So it is purely a labour of love... join in if you can
thanks for reading this

peaceful non compliance.com, by simonf on Nov 20, 2011 16:49:40 GMT 1, Thank you very much gentlemen. I'm really excited about it... We all have views about things, and moan down the pup etc.. But what is fantastic about the internet you can actually do something about it!
I have just been getting so angry lately that it just came out spontaneously... and now I feel really good about it. I have added another video of Anthony Bologne pepper spraying other people, and I have added PC Simon Harwood essentially killing Ian Thomlinson. I just hope that getting stuff out there can change something... I can but hope!

I have seen a clip from the student marches in London last year with girls and boys aged about 14/17 with the police standing on front of them in full gear with shields when all of the kettling was going on, saying as one - "this is not a riot" - very powerful stuff. Might be a good one to add if you can find it . sorry I am hopeless

peaceful non compliance.com, by simonf on Nov 21, 2011 16:13:54 GMT 1, Many thanks guys, I am relieved to hear people can see where I am coming from. I have just had my first hate mail telling me i am running a propaganda site and a hate site. That worried me a bit, because I don't believe in hate full stop. But looking at it again, I have certainly been using accusatory language, because I am so angry lol. But I don't want to be thought of as a hater, so I have gone through the site, and changed the language. The thing is the videos actually speak for themselves, I don't need to start calling people thugs and sadists... all I really need to do is present the videos.... anyone who thinks it's a hate site is looking at it backwards... however, maybe I should modify my language a bit... and I have.
.dappy... i found that video of the G20 in London, where the crowd are chanting "this is not a riot" as they get attacked by riot police... I have put it on page two.
Also last night I put a new page on called "Agent Provacateurs" I have put up the pictures of the police who try to incite demonstrators, and have put up a video of them actually doing it. And clearly making unjustified arrests and hitting camera men etc If you wanna know what the bullies look like check their pictures out on this page:
www.peacefulnoncompliance.com/police_agent_provocateurs.html
really appreciate the positive comments guys many thaks peace (no hate!)

peaceful non compliance.com, by Baby Dave on Nov 21, 2011 17:00:28 GMT 1, hmmmm interesting. Some very shocking videos. When I see videos like this I always try and see it from the other side. A 10 minute disjointed video with provocative music and emotive captioning, in my opinion, is just a form of propaganda. Again, i am not condoning any actions or behaviour of groups or individuals. By having such strong views on a topic sometimes it is hard to be objective with a matter.
The whole "Agent Provocateurs" thing is a touch dramatic for me. I know this will spark anger and argument but its just my opinion. I shall ready myself for some abuse

peaceful non compliance.com, by cktbreaker on Nov 21, 2011 17:29:59 GMT 1, "Agent Provocateurs" is the ideal word when you compare different protests. Take the XL tar sands pipeline (non-violent) protest infront of the White House, 1200 arrrests. Occupy wall street, thousands more arrested, somewhere approaching 4 thousand I believe nationwide. Then take the protests over Joe Paterno from Penn State U. a coach with a great college American football record, covering for a child molester. Thousands broke out into a riot defending the football coach, burning cars, trash cans, beatings, damaging property, ZERO arrests.
So there is a problem with provocateurs in the form of police officers and what is also known is that someone or group is protecting the bankers and elite from scrutiny by having police beat the citizenry down in the streets. When we give up our nationalistic ideals it becomes more clear what is going on.

peaceful non compliance.com, by simonf on Nov 21, 2011 18:34:51 GMT 1, To be honest I have absolutely no problem with the police at all. I wouldn't want their job, and hats off to them
I decry violence from anyone whether they wear a uniform or not.
We need a police force to protect us, and I am very happy to support them, and indeed want to support them.
My fear is that due to political influences that are too complicated to go into here the police are slowly turning from policing citizens by consent, to a paramilitary force designed to surpress the population.
My fear is the nature of policing is completely changing (post 9/11... which itself is another can of worms ) and peaceful citizens are ending up under the cosh of an oppressive arm of the state, designed to surpress any dissenting views.
And it's not like it's never happened... Germany, Russia, China are all precedents of states cracking down on views they don't like (even religions they don't like).
Britain invented concentration camps. Internment without trial was practiced on thousands of people in America...Whole families were put in camps in the 1940's in because they had Japanese ethnicity - thats all they needed!
And what was the justification for putting large sections of the population into what were effectively concentration camps?... State security and terrorism of course.
The same reason Hitler gave for arresting all the communists as soon as he came into power. He had the burning of the Reichstag as his "reason" we have had 9/11.
And before you think it could never happen again just google Fema Camps, and see what you come up with.
"State security" and "terrorism" (real or imagined) will be the Trojan horse that gets us all locked up - if we don't keep our eyes open.

I am essentially just trying to stick them on one site so that it increases the chance of people seeing them. No idea who did the captions.. or the music for that matter it wasn't me

deffinatly worked putting them on the site as i hadnt seen them beffore and find it shocking what some of the tack-ticks used but the fuzz,
i think the caption which made me laugh went 'they are like a pack of wolves hunting babies'...

peaceful non compliance.com, by simonf on Nov 21, 2011 23:02:22 GMT 1, Oh god yes, I see what you mean. I have been very careful to be moderate in my own language. I got permission to use the video and the pictures from the owner of a Facebook site called agent provocateur watch.
I hadn't really considered that I would be seen as responsible for what was on the vids. Actually the content is spot on, very interesting and rather worrying, but to be honest I hadn't really noticed the commentary too much.
I can't really defend that sort of commentary, I wouldn't have put it there myself as I would rather remain neutral and let the viewer be the judge.
Adding "loaded" commentaries on things is half the problem with the media these days, and I wouldn't want to be associated with that.
But i do think as I say the content is very interesting, and I have to admit I think the tactics are very dubious.
I suppose I will have to live with the commentary, it is a bit unfortunate, I suppose I could include a disclaimer.
But hopefully it will only be a tiny part of the site as I build it up.. I am already starting to spend far too much time on it though

peaceful non compliance.com, by simonf on Nov 22, 2011 5:25:31 GMT 1, Cheers boatyy.. Thanks for that. I have to agree it's pretty interesting stuff.
But there is much more to come on the topic of debt. There are some very interesting facts about unsecured personal debts. The difference between a contract and an agreement, and why most personal debts may not legally be enforceable in the first place...
Not to mention the almost non existent legal power of debt collecting agencies (who have bought your debt very cheaply and are trying to make a profit out of it). They do try and frighten you of course... which is just psychological and not really a power.
Now I have finished with the police lol ,this is the next topic when I have a bit of time. but it really does appear there are some legal facts that the banks and lenders would rather keep quiet about. Facts that could benefit most of us at some time or other.

peaceful non compliance.com, by misterx on Nov 22, 2011 8:04:39 GMT 1, Personally I don't think a disclaimer is needed. The commentary seems pretty balanced...the Agent Provocateurs(AP's) were acting like a pack of wolves, its true. To me the sad thing is, as five said, it seems a bit "out there',to him and no doubt countless others when it is, in fact, reality! Peaceful protest is legal in Britain isn't it? 9/11 another can of worms? WOW, you can say that again, and yet it remains totally silent, media-wise, for over ten years now...not a peep. If discussing AP's is "out there", whats 9/11?

peaceful non compliance.com, by simonf on Nov 22, 2011 17:18:49 GMT 1, well one thing about 9/11 it created the Patriot Act, extraordinary rendition, it made extra judicial killings legal, camp x ray, Guantanamo bay, destruction of the Geneva convention, Trial by military tribuneral in secret, detention centres, imprisonment without trial, wire tapping and fema camps.
Basically a shopping list for any Neo Con who wants to crush the civil rights of the whole population. As soon as you mention suspicions 9/11 you will be tarred as a loony conspiracy theorist. Which is a real pity, because to be honest, anyone with half a brain can see that there is at the very least something a bit fishy or at least "convenient" about the whole thing.

its not that its to out there to discuss i and dont get me wrong i completely agree with you that the AP's are a disgusting tactic employed by the police but i think the problem with footage like that is that although they are despicable tactics used it shows nothing of what has happened. i would like to think that they had a reason for 'apprehending' him (allot of police tactics rely on cctv nowadays) now this could just be me hoping that the police cant just go around doing what they want when they want without reason or consequence... (which is fading away ever more rapidly!)
