eBay Nola ...whatcha think, by Deleted on Nov 21, 2011 6:39:21 GMT 1, 'I think this is the real thing but I'm no expert'
This alone in the description should set alarm bells ringing.
Personally id never go near a gift print unless it had rock solid provenance behind it.

eBay Nola ...whatcha think, by pidge on Nov 21, 2011 9:21:42 GMT 1, Personally for the sake of having a special edition colour without rock solid provenance I would rather spend the ยฃ4.5k on an editioned white rain or spend a bit extra and get the grey rain. I just think that the element of doubt when it's on your wall might bother you as time goes on. It does look legit but there are plenty of fakes about, just go cautiously with this one in my opinion. The blue/green rain is a great edition and they are out there with COA but obviously more expensive and harder to get your hands on. I have the orange and wouldn't feel happy unless I knew it had the COA. Good luck though.

Is this 100% true? I thought all the Blue/Greens were gift prints and therefore DIDN'T have COAs...?

eBay Nola ...whatcha think, by saint on Nov 21, 2011 13:04:24 GMT 1, The one to raise money for Rowdy was a different colour, green maroon from memory.
The only version of this particular colourway with a COA will be youngsquires, as the others were gifts and they wont get COA's.

Each gift may have a unique history? ie resold directly, not that strange...

eBay Nola ...whatcha think, by saint on Nov 21, 2011 13:50:41 GMT 1, Yes agreed. Some do get COA's, i believe these are ones where they are gifted, and the person receiving the gift tells POW they are selling and asks for the COA before selling.
I could be wrong, but i seem to remember being told if you buy a gift print without COA, you cannot apply for one, only the seller can apply for it. (well you can apply but you wont get one if you know what i'm saying)...
