There are a number of perhaps purposeful nods to earlier work/images. GWB was 2003/04... how old would that make her now 16/17/18. Assuming this is indeed Banksy could it be giving narrative to her life?

Thanks to the eagle eyed members for pointing out shadows, hands and missing shoe that I missed 1st, 2nd and 3rd time round. I hope the taggers and bombers leave it alone for a while and don't take it as a personnal challange because of the height.

Tagged or not whatever has been removed was still there when Google Earth took pictures, so I presume the piece of masonry has been taken out very recently

It's simply not, no question, no reason for supposition. Let's also get this straight this wasn't created by Banksy up a ladder, there would have been scaffolding, there's a team involved in this as we all know. Permission would have been sought and granted too.
Let's not romanticise the action, let's discuss the merit of the image and give Banksy respect for doing it and making a piece of some social commentary merit.

I had a sniff around for any cans or dropped driving licences but sadly nothing.
