pounds or dollars? If dollars I'll buy them at that price and I already own one.
IMO you will have a hard time finding one cheaper than what the guy on ebay will sell for. I know I wouldn't sell mine for that.
That isn't to say another might not come along for less down the road. But it is kind of a sellers market for popular Banksy prints at the moment.
If you must have one I would say buy the one on the bay. If you are on the fence I would say take your chances and play the waiting game. You might get lucky.

Pounds ofc... But you might be right, playing the waiting is def an option. Finding a Nola these days is a tough hunt
