Its just a simply white box frame with a single mount!
Not sure where you get your framing done but I think you need to shop around!

I told him i reckoned my framer would have done it for 200 and he said my framer obviously isn't as good as him.... nobcheese.
It is nicely framed tho....

You could say that, BUT..... this print has been appreciated, loved, framed, hung on the wall and even been used as the sellers avatar. What he is asking is about the going rate for these, the difference to most of the ones seen on eBay (and the majority sold on this forum), is that it was never bought with the intention of making a fat profit and sat unseen in a portfolio (or worse a tube) untill the chosen day. The price being asked is the price that has been set by the parasites we call flippers, but as this is a geniune sale why should he sell it for less than the going rate he hasn't set

not fussed either way, your print you can do what you want with it. good luck

Personally, I think this looks really good in this colour way with complimentary framing and hat off to Ruggs for setting what he'd like to achieve. This makes a refreshing change.

When I sold a print to a gallery recently rather than unframe it, offered it with the frame which cost just over ยฃ250 for just ยฃ50, they gave me an extra ยฃ50 and still told me to keep the frame ! funny how things work

ruggs is asking for the asking price based on market value. To purchase another, or few more pieces to decorate his home.
If the market value of CYW has risen to 3-4k then a framed print by a highly regarded framer, i.e by MFM and no I have not used his services as of yet but from all accounts his finish is desirable. Then i see no problem with this being put up to members to decide whether its a suitable purchase.
Great print, fantastic colour way, very nicely framed.
Out of my range but good luck in your sale ruggs.
