I won't accept offers below the price i have quoted. but may be up for swaps.

would be impolite to quote from a PM but after making my (admittedly very low) initial offer you never did reply to my question as to how much exactly you wanted for the piece...of course I could be wrong and my opinion is made entirely without prejudice but if you're threading pieces for sale on here almost simultaneously with your ebay listing and then your ebay sale falls through, it does seem a tad cheeky to then re-offer to forum members for ยฃ1650 bearing in mind the ยฃ1750 sale would have cost you more than ยฃ100 in seller & paypal fees...
shame this forum seems too often to be a 'sounding board' for ebay listings, esp when the seller scuttles back here when they don't get the price they want or when the ebay buyer turns out to be a zero score monkey....nothing personal mate, you do what you gotta do to maximise the monetary value of your pieces - good luck to you & I hope you managed to get the other Mic this sale was funding - but would be a shame if everything offered for sale on here was the max ebay price less paypal fees....

As much lamentation happens re: ebay and the insanity it creates, cheers to those on the site who don't mind combining the reciept of a reasonable buck(or pound) along with putting art onto the walls(and into the hands) of people who appreciate more than it's monetary appreciation.

my opinion however is i can do what i want with my print and if as happened i didn't get paid previously and i decide i want to re offer it at a price ยฃ100 below the ebay listing to forum members, then i will. forum members can either buy it at ยฃ100 below the current going rate of ยฃ1750 or not the choice is yours. as it goes just recieved the payment fee free from google checkout(also from a zero feedback buyer) ;D
