Glad I never paid to watch this at the cinema..., by balibob on Jan 27, 2012 11:52:58 GMT 1, My 18 year old son an myself decided to rent a couple of movies last night so I sent him in to good old blockbusters to get Shark Night and some other film on the 2 for a fiver deal. Apollo 18 was his choice, ok said I, sharks attacking teens in bikini's and a horror film set on the moon, how could we go wrong.

Shark Night was 6 collage students on a salt water island in the deep south of the USA, obviously 3 fit girls and 3 toned geezers, 4 white, 2 black. The meanacing racist, hick locals are introduced early. Let the carnage begin

Yep...first 2 killed are the black couple by sharks that can swim 100mph and I hesitate to say, it got even worse from there.

Quite hacked off we then put on Apollo 18 which is quite simply the most appaling film I've watched since Alexander.

The only good thing about it is that it cost a fiver as opposed to the £50 it would have cost if we had gone to the Odeon, which in both cases I nearly did.

Feel free to save other forumites from equal attrocities.
