For a young lady in London a store that's a must see for me is Dover Street Market
Dover Street Market 17-18 Dover Street London W1S 4LT, UK
www.doverstreetmarket.com/dsmpaper/
It's a short stroll to either Hyde Park, The Royal Academy, White Cube (Masons Yard) or Bond St for more retail therapy.
The LV store is worth a look, even if it is outside her budget as it has a gallery space and great bookstore as well as a number of Murakami sculptures in there.

ideas for good things to bring home from London, by johnnyh on Feb 19, 2012 4:21:10 GMT 1, Clio is spot On Camden is a great walk and space with lots of quirky stuff. Can also photo a real Banksy and frame it when she gets back. Plus loads stuff to buy there.
I always take a walk up when back like wise Brick lane Columbia st - this is a flower market but nice srtroll for breakfast again buy a plant photo a Banksy and others as in shorditch east London.
But Camden on a student budget is the number one and a nice slice of London.
