Apparently they were issued to credit card purchasers but not cash buyers. Might be wrong though.

WTB: DAMIEN HIRST 'TURPS BANANA' ED.75, by Wenters on Nov 15, 2011 20:10:13 GMT 1, The one featured on the Bonhams link above is damaged??....zoom in on the bottom righthand corner of the image and it's quite clearly ripped and folded!!!? You'd be gutted if you queued all night to get one (to flip or not!) and then it gets damaged!!!!
The condition report says this:
2 soft creases and a 35mm vertical tear in lower right corner, small softcrease in lower left corner, otherwise in good condition.
Not sure it will realise the £1,200 - £1,800 predicted?

Thought so! I guess some people got so caught up in it all (and it was a bit of a scrum) forgot to ask for a receipt. Seems cash buyers didn't get offered one and credit card purchasers did.

Saw that one too! How do you evaluate what each of those prints are worth individually. The Hirst is obviously worth more but not what is currently being offered on ebay.
